Terms of use

FIGUR is operated by Figurlab, a business registered in Malaysia. Write to hello@figurlab.com and a person will answer.

You describe what you need. FIGUR decides what to make, then makes it — images, video, copy, documents and trackers. It uses AI models run by other companies to do this. It is a tool that produces drafts, not a person who takes responsibility for them.

Anything FIGUR makes for you is yours to use, including commercially. We claim no ownership over it and no licence to resell it.

One honest limit: AI models can produce work that resembles other work, and nobody — us included — can guarantee that a generated image or sentence is unique. If a piece matters commercially, check it before you rely on it.

You keep ownership of everything you upload — logos, photos, briefs, prices, client details. You give us permission to store it and pass it to the AI engines needed to do the work you asked for, and nothing else.

Only upload material you have the right to use. If you upload somebody else’s logo or photographs without permission, that is on you, not on us.

FIGUR checks its own output and tells you what it found — a caption with a blank left in it, an image that never came out. That check is a help, not a guarantee. AI gets facts wrong, spells names wrong, and occasionally produces something that is simply not good.

You are the one sending the work to a client or a customer. Read it first.

Do not use FIGUR to make anything unlawful, to impersonate a real person or business, to produce material involving children, or to deceive people about who made something or who is selling it.

Do not attempt to resell FIGUR itself as your own product, or to extract the prompts and directions it runs on.

Payment is not switched on, so nothing here can charge you. Signing up gives you fifteen pieces to try; beyond that, accounts are opened by hand. The pricing page shows what the plans will cost when charging begins.

When that changes you will be told first, and nothing will start billing you without you agreeing to it.

Free accounts have a monthly generation allowance, shown in the app as you use it. There is no uptime guarantee. This is early software and it will sometimes be down, slow, or wrong.

You can stop using FIGUR whenever you like and ask us to delete your account and everything in it. We may close an account that breaks the rules above, and we will say why.

FIGUR is provided as it is. We are not liable for lost business, lost work, or a campaign that did not perform. Where the law allows us to limit liability, our total liability to you is capped at what you have paid us — which today is nothing.

Nothing here removes rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and we tell account holders by email. Continuing to use FIGUR after that means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
